Job Summary
JLL is looking for a highly experienced Principal Project Director to lead large-scale Data Centre projects in Vizag. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership including planning, execution, stakeholder management, commercial oversight, and successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Candidates must have proven experience in managing Data Centre projects and handling multidisciplinary construction teams across complex project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete execution and delivery of Data Centre projects from inception to handover.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and construction activities.
- Oversee CSA, MEP, design, procurement, and commissioning coordination.
- Act as the primary interface between client, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Drive project governance, risk management, and compliance processes.
- Conduct regular project reviews and progress reporting with senior management.
- Manage commercial, contractual, and operational aspects of the project.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Mandatory Requirements
- Data Centre project experience is mandatory
- Strong background in large-scale construction/project management.
- Proven experience in mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in stakeholder and client management.
- Strong understanding of CSA coordination and construction execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with hyperscale or enterprise Data Centre projects.
- Exposure to PMC/EPC/Consultancy environments preferred.
- Experience handling high-value infrastructure projects.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
