Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 CTC per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary
BDS Retail Group is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Eye Consultant for its Eye+ Franchise Store at Kanchrapara. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and other optical products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
- Support billing, inventory management, and store operations.
- Ensure proper display and upkeep of products within the store.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales, counter sales, or customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a sales mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
