Cold Chain Solution is looking for a proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage the procurement, logistics, and distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables while expanding business with modern retail, quick-commerce, and institutional customers. The role requires regular market visits, supplier development, and coordination across the supply chain to ensure timely procurement, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Source fresh fruits and vegetables from farmers, FPOs, traders, aggregators, and wholesale markets.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, cold chain, warehousing, inventory, and dispatch.
- Conduct regular visits to wholesale markets and mandis (e.g., Unit-I Market, Bhubaneswar, and Chatra Bazaar, Cuttack) to monitor prices, demand, crop availability, and identify sourcing opportunities.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence on pricing, seasonal availability, demand, competitor activities, and procurement trends.
- Ensure quality standards through grading, sorting, packaging, and proper cold chain handling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, transporters, and customers.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with modern retail, quick-commerce, and B2B customers such as Reliance Retail, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, supermarkets, wholesalers, and food processing companies.
- Coordinate with buyers for pricing, demand forecasting, order planning, and timely deliveries.
- Work closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, quality, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain procurement, inventory, and market reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in agricultural procurement, fresh produce, cold chain, supply chain, or agribusiness operations.

Pay: ₹15,097.70 - ₹25,546.51 per month
