Hiring: Team Leader – Recruitment (On-Site | Koregaon Park, Pune)
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Recruitment to lead and manage our recruitment team while driving end-to-end delivery for client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery and ensure timely closures.
- Act as an Individual Contributor for critical and priority positions.
- Strong expertise in Naukri sourcing, candidate screening, and talent mapping.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of submissions.
- Ensure client requirements are fulfilled within defined timelines.
- Build and implement recruitment processes and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruitment consultancy/staffing experience.
- Prior experience handling a recruitment team.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent leadership, delivery, and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures and team performance.
