Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and strengthen our Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) network in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage and expand the MBO distribution network.
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Monitor secondary sales and ensure healthy stock movement.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen retailer relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales schemes and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams for smooth business execution.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and territory performance reviews.
- Drive product visibility and brand presence across the territory.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Apparel, Fashion, Footwear, Lifestyle, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of MBO sales and distribution management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and market expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
