Next XR India is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
- Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
- Support the team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Track sales activities and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and engagement.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Interest in B2B sales and business development.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
