Roles & Responsibilities:
· Engage in face-to-face interactions with customers to promote the organization's mission and encourage a culture of giving in India.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with donors through effective in-person communication.
· Maintain and expand the organization's database of individual donors and supporters.
· Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective donors and convert them into long-term supporters.
· Provide accurate, honest, and relevant information to supporters in a professional and effective manner.
· Achieve assigned monthly targets and performance goals.
· Represent the organization professionally during customer interactions and outreach activities.
Job Type:
· On-site position.
· The role requires working at assigned locations and interacting directly with customers.
Requirements:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to different individuals.
· Fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
· Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of English and Malayalam is preferred. Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
· Comfortable working in a customer-facing, field-based environment involving regular face-to-face interactions.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
