Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in plotted development projects. The candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills with the ability to generate site visits and achieve sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and explain project details effectively.
* Generate leads through references, telecalling, digital platforms, and field activities.
* Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and closures.
* Follow up regularly with leads and maintain customer database.
* Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
* Provide timely market feedback and competitor updates.
Required Skills
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
* Basic knowledge of real estate sales and plotted development projects.
* Ability to work on targets and handle pressure.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM handling is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
* Any graduate degree.
* 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably plotted developments.
* Candidate should be proactive, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
