Looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive – Real Estate to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and site visits.
Handle client inquiries and understand their property requirements.
Present properties, conduct site visits, and assist in negotiations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitors.
Follow up on leads and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Ensure timely sales closure and coordinate with legal and finance teams.
Maintain client and prospect database.
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and persuasive personality.
Knowledge of the local real estate market.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
Preferred Age: Below 30 years.
Qualifications & Experience
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
Prior experience in real estate sales preferred.
