JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Process Inspection: Monitor and inspect manufacturing processes to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and address deviations from established procedures to maintain product quality.
- Product Testing: Conduct product testing at various stages of the manufacturing process to verify compliance with specifications. Utilize testing equipment and tools to assess product performance and durability.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues and non-conformities. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified problems and prevent recurrence.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities and testing results. Generate reports summarizing quality performance and trends for management review.
- Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing quality concerns and driving continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and overall product quality. Provide training to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
