- Track AMC expiry & renewals
- Support AMC quotation & coordination
- Ensure preventive maintenance visits
- Assist in AMC payment follow-up
Revenue – Spare Parts & Service
- Identify spare replacement opportunities
- Recommend genuine parts
- Support service/spare revenue
- Promote upgrades where applicable
Customer Satisfaction
- Maintain good customer relations
- Provide proper guidance & support
- Reduce repeat complaints
- Escalate critical issues timely
Travel & Field Discipline
- Travel for service/installation work
- Plan travel efficiently
- Submit expense reports on time
- Maintain professional behavior
Documentation & Reporting
- Submit reports within 24 hrs
- Update CRM/helpdesk regularly
- Maintain records (service/spares)
- Share daily/weekly updates
Technical Skill Development
- Learn new products & technologies
- Attend training programs
- Stay updated on software/firmware
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
