Job Description – Interior Site Supervisor *Position:* Interior Site Supervisor *Department:* Projects / Interior Execution *Employment Type:* Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced *Interior Site Supervisor* to oversee day-to-day interior execution, coordinate contractors and vendors, and ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The candidate must also be *proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing detailed working and technical drawings*. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites. * Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and design requirements. * Prepare and modify *AutoCAD working drawings, detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and shop drawings*. * Take accurate site measurements and prepare/revise drawings according to site conditions. * Coordinate with designers, architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams. * Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, painting, stone, and furniture works. * Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, material usage, and project progress. * Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate necessary revisions. * Maintain daily site progress records and report delays, issues, and material requirements. * Conduct snagging, rectification, and final quality checks before project handover. * Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and basic safety standards. Qualifications & Skills * Diploma/Degree in *Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture*, or a related field. * *2–5 years of experience** in interior site supervision or fit-out execution. * *Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and detailed technical drawing preparation.* * Ability to read and prepare plans, elevations, sections, shop drawings, and construction details. * Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, site measurements, and execution methods. * Good contractor, labour, and vendor coordination skills. * Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills. *Experience in residential, commercial, office, hospitality, or luxury interior projects is preferred.*
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
