Aurament is building one of India’s fastest-growing next-generation diamond jewelry brands by combining manufacturing excellence, luxury positioning, customization, and scalable retail systems.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head who can drive revenue growth, lead high-performing teams, and scale both B2B and high-ticket customer acquisition.
Role Overview
As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading overall sales strategy, team performance, channel expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across Aurament’s jewelry verticals.
This role requires a strong leader with a growth mindset, excellent execution skills, and deep understanding of luxury sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale B2B and retail jewelry sales operations
- Build, manage, and motivate high-performing sales teams
- Create sales SOPs, KPIs, reporting systems, and sales strategies
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Develop strong dealer, distributor, and retailer relationships
- Handle premium customer acquisition and high-ticket sales conversions
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation optimization
- Improve customer retention and conversion ratios
- Develop expansion strategies for new markets
- Train teams in luxury selling and relationship management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or high-ticket sales
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record of achieving and scaling sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of luxury customer psychology and premium sales
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment
- Ownership mentality with strong execution capabilities
