Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RPA & AI Agent Developer with a strong background in Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and AI-powered agent development. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise automation solutions using RPA platforms and Generative AI technologies.
The candidate will be responsible for building scalable automation solutions, autonomous AI agents, workflow orchestration, and integrating enterprise applications to drive operational efficiency and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
RPA Development & Automation
* Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism RPA platform.
* Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
* Develop reusable automation components, frameworks, and best practices.
* Perform bot monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
* Implement exception handling, logging, and error management mechanisms.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements and define automation roadmaps.
AI Agent Development
* Design and develop AI-powered agents using open source frameworks like Strands or LangGraph.
* Build multi-agent workflows and orchestrate interactions between AI agents and enterprise systems.
* Develop conversational AI solutions integrated with enterprise applications and databases.
* Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, knowledge management, and prompt engineering techniques.
* Develop agent actions, plugins, APIs, and tool integrations.
* Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise governance standards.
Integration & Solution Engineering
* Develop integrations with REST APIs, SOAP services, databases, ERP systems, and cloud platforms.
* Build automation workflows connecting AI agents and RPA bots for end-to-end process automation.
* Work with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
* Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for automation deployments.
* Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
Governance & Quality
* Follow automation development standards, security practices, and coding guidelines.
* Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD).
* Ensure compliance with enterprise security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
* 7+ years of overall IT experience.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA and Intelligent Automation development.
* Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation and AI solutions.
Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
