Job Title: Collection Associate – Consumer Durable Loans
Job location - Mumbai (Andheri West)
Key Responsibilities: Manage collections and recovery of Consumer Durable Loan accounts.
Follow up with customers for overdue EMI payments through calls and field visits.
Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.Resolve customer queries related to loan repayments.
Update collection activities in the system and maintain accurate records.Achieve monthly collection targets while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Preferred Profile: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in collections, recovery, or customer service within Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services, BPO is preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field collection activities.
