Performance Marketer (Remote) Job Type

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple industries and markets. This role offers the opportunity to work with both Indian and international clients, providing exposure to diverse business models, audiences, and growth strategies.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver measurable business results through data-driven campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, market analysis, and competitor research.
- Develop campaign strategies for different industries and target markets.
- Coordinate ad creatives, copy requirements, and landing page recommendations.
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and responsibly.
- Work on campaigns across various industries including e-commerce, healthcare, education, real estate, professional services, and B2B sectors.
- Collaborate remotely with team members and clients when required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing campaigns for both Indian and international markets.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Performance marketing certifications are an added advantage.
Compensation
₹5,000 – ₹10,000 INR per month
Compensation will be based on experience, skills, campaign performance, and assigned responsibilities.
Mandatory Trial Period
A 15-day mandatory trial period must be successfully completed before confirmation.

Candidates will be evaluated on:

- Capability to achieve cost-effective results and maximize ROI/ROAS.
- Audience research, targeting, and campaign structuring skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

- Problem-solving and campaign troubleshooting capabilities.
- Communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Timely task completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Overall contribution towards campaign growth and performance improvement.
Important Note
During the trial period, candidates may be assigned practical tasks, campaign audits, strategy development, optimization exercises, and live campaign management activities. Selection will be based on overall performance, strategic thinking, execution quality, and ability to deliver measurable marketing outcomes within allocated budgets.
