Position Summary
The Anchor cum Sales Coordinator is responsible for hosting promotional events, product presentations, and customer engagement activities while supporting the sales team in coordinating sales operations, customer communications, and business development activities. This role combines strong presentation skills with sales coordination and customer relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnchoring & Presentation
- Host company events, product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional programs.
- Present company products and services professionally to customers and audiences.
- Conduct customer interactions, interviews, and live demonstrations.
- Engage audiences and enhance brand visibility through effective communication.
- Coordinate event schedules and ensure smooth event execution.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
Sales Coordination
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Follow up on leads, customer requirements, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic customer concerns.
- Support dealer, distributor, and client relationship management activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in anchoring, event hosting, sales coordination, or customer relations is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
