We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Telecaller with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing furniture business.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Call and follow up with leads generated through social media, website, and walk-ins
✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products
✅ Schedule showroom visits and appointments for the sales team
✅ Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
✅ Update customer details and lead status in CRM/Excel sheets
✅ Convert inquiries into showroom visits and sales opportunities
✅ Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication
Requirements:
✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
✔ Strong communication and convincing skills
✔ Fluent in Telugu and basic English
✔ Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
✔ Ability to handle customer objections confidently
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
