Customer Support Executive (Healthcare)

Shift: US Time Zone (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to support our virtual healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between physicians, clients, and patients by monitoring virtual consultations, facilitating communication, and helping maintain excellent service standards.
A healthcare or medical background is preferred but not mandatory. We are looking for someone with an outstanding attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the platform to ensure all scheduled virtual consultations are completed on time.
- Follow up with physicians and provide friendly reminders to complete pending consultations.
- Coordinate with clients through communication channel and respond to patient-related inquiries.
- Communicate client requests and updates to physicians promptly and accurately.
- Track consultation status and escalate delays or issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-up activities.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations of the virtual care program.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively.
- Experience using communication tools such as Slack, Teams, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of healthcare workflows is a plus.
- Positive attitude, accountability, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Virtual Assistant, Healthcare Coordination, Patient Support, or related roles.
- Experience working with US-based clients is an advantage.
- Medical, healthcare, nursing, pharmacy, or allied health background is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
