Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Graduate with 0-2 Years experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Analytical skills
- basis understanding of tecommunications
Proficiency in MS office tools and apps ( Excel, powerpoint , power bi, power apps etc )

Key Responsibilities
- Network performance report and gap analysis and action mapping
- Action plan tracking for hot spots and weaker network sections
- Ensure SLA are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same
- IRU Partner management ( SLA , penalty)
- customer expectation management
- Automation of BAU reportings/ dashboards
Qualification : BE/ B Tech in Computer science or Electronics and communications
