Job Purpose –
· The candidate hired will work with Project Manager - Solar Project to ideate, plan, execute and build or renew new / existing projects or products for the company and assist junior team members.
· The candidate hired will work on Installation work for Solar power plant.
· The candidate hired will look into any technical issue faced by the customer.
· The Candidate hired needs to travel to work site on regular basis and guide the team for Installation and commissioning of Solar Power Plant Projects.
· Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
· The candidate hired needs to connect with the client for all design approvals, documentary purpose and Project approval purposes.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Candidates applying for above mentioned position should have electrical / mechanical / renewable energy degree/ diploma or certificate course by any state / centre government affiliated institution.
· Candidates applying for the above mentioned position should have 2+ years of hands on experience in Ground Mount Solar Power projects.
· Candidate applying for the above mentioned position should have executed solar rooftop project greater than 20 KW on his own.

- Candidate should be ready to relocate to any location with in India for work related purposes.
