Job Title: Marketing Head
Experience:
8–15 years (minimum 4–6 years in a leadership role, preferably in EdTech/Education)
Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Marketing Head to lead our end-to-end marketing function. The role involves driving brand growth, student acquisition, revenue expansion, and market positioning across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate should understand the EdTech ecosystem, student lifecycle, and performance marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team (Digital, Content, Performance, Brand)
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Academic, and Leadership teams
Brand & Growth Marketing
- Build and strengthen brand presence across online and offline channels
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and GTM strategies
- Ensure consistent brand communication across platforms
Performance & Digital Marketing
- Drive student enrollments and lead generation via paid ads, SEO, social media, email & funnels
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance
- Oversee marketing automation, CRM integration, and analytics
Content & Community
- Supervise content strategy (blogs, videos, webinars, testimonials, case studies)
- Build student and educator communities to boost engagement and referrals
Market Research & Analytics
- Analyze market trends, competition, and student behavior
- Track KPIs, dashboards, and ROI for all campaigns
- Present actionable insights to leadership
Partnerships & Offline Marketing
- Manage institutional partnerships, influencers, and media agencies
- Plan offline initiatives: seminars, workshops, school/college tie-ups, events
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of EdTech business models
- Expertise in digital & performance marketing
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
- Experience with CRM tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms
Key Metrics (KPIs)
- Student acquisition & enrollment growth
- Cost per lead (CPL) & cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Brand awareness & engagement

- Marketing ROI & revenue contribution
Qualification
- MBA in Marketing / Business (preferred)
- Background in EdTech, Education, SaaS, or Consumer Tech is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
