Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales conversions for test preparation programs (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, SAT, etc.)
- Manage and follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate with counsellors and internal teams to ensure smooth lead closure
- Track daily/weekly targets and maintain sales reports
- Guide students on suitable test options based on their study abroad plans
- Support marketing campaigns and walk-ins to maximise conversions
- Ensure a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
Eligibility & Requirements
- Prior experience in a sales / counselling / coordination role (education sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of English proficiency tests such as IELTS, PTE Academic, TOEFL and tests like SAT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
- Understanding of study abroad admission processes
- Exposure to Europe public university admissions will be an added advantage
