- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, inspections) on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and dismantle machines to repair or replace broken parts.
- Installation: Install and configure new machinery and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all machinery adheres to safety regulations, such as OSHA, and follow safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed maintenance reports, logs, and service records.
- Inventory Management: Manage parts inventory and order supplies.
