Senior Credit Control – Job Description :
1. Oversee collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and drive timely cash flow improvements.
2. Analyze aging reports, investigate payment trends, and resolve billing disputes with internal teams.
3. Build strong customer relationships to facilitate collections while minimizing bad debt risk.
4. Lead and mentor the credit control team, and provide receivables insights to senior management.
5. Ensure accurate reporting, compliance with internal controls, and continuous improvement of credit processes.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
2. Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) preferred but not mandatory.
3. 3–5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance roles.
4. Experience in managing large customer portfolios and credit limits.
5. Advanced excel knowledge is must.
