About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the overall employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, onboarding, and administrative HR activities while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
- Manage offer rollouts and onboarding coordination
HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases
- Support attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/payroll teams
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize employee engagement activities and events
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling
- Assist in implementing HR policies and company initiatives
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations
- Support audits and compliance documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive roles
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
