Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Supervise shifts to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate F&B personnel.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and service (HACCP compliance).
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and reduce waste.
- Financial Performance: Analyze reports to control costs and improve profitability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in F&B, service, or hospitality operations.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, time management, and proficiency in POS systems/MS Office.
