Job Description:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all maintenance activities of manufacturing equipment and facilities. strong Knowledge of CNC machines, PLC systems, automation, and both electrical and mechanical maintenance, along with utility systems such as transformers, DG sets, and air compressors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of CNC machines, PLC and automation systems.
- Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all machinery and equipment.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for breakdowns.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation.
- Supervise all electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
- Handle general electrical systems including panels, wiring, motors, and controls.
- Manage maintenance of utilities such as:
- o Transformerso DG (Diesel Generator) setso Air compressors
- Monitor energy consumption and optimize efficiency.
- Maintain PLC systems and automation controls.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
