Role Description
Aravali College of Engineering & Management invites applications from dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Spoken English & Soft Skills Trainer. The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing the communication competence, interpersonal skills, and overall professional readiness of students, thereby enabling them to meet industry expectations and placement requirements.
Training & Instruction
- Plan, develop, and deliver structured training sessions on Spoken English, communication skills, and soft skills.
- Conduct regular classroom and workshop-based sessions on grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and verbal fluency.
- Design and implement group discussions, mock interviews, extempore sessions, and role-plays.
- Train students in business communication, email writing, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Deliver modules on personality development, time management, leadership, and teamwork.
Assessment & Development
- Assess individual student performance through tests, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Identify students requiring remedial support and conduct focused improvement sessions.
- Maintain records of student progress and provide periodic feedback reports to the department.
- Develop customised training material, modules, and e-content as per the requirements.
Placement Preparation
- Prepare students for campus recruitment by conducting aptitude-linked communication workshops.
- Organise and facilitate mock placement drives, group discussions, and HR interview preparation sessions.
- Coordinate with the Training & Placement Cell for industry-specific communication training.
Administrative & Coordination
- Maintain attendance records, training schedules, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Heads of Departments for department-wise training programmes.
- Actively participate in institutional events, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programmes.
- Assist in organising external speaker sessions, alumni interactions, and industry visits.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Graduate / Postgraduate in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, MBA (HR / Marketing), or any relevant discipline.
- Certificate / Diploma in Spoken English, Communication Skills, Train the Trainer, or equivalent professional training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Spoken English training, soft skills facilitation, or corporate communication in an academic or corporate setting.
- Excellent spoken and written English. Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage for bridging communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic knowledge of e-learning tools, and ability to create training content.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
