Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place bench consultants (primarily in US IT staffing) with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT consultants, building vendor relationships, and achieving successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Identify client requirements and match them with available consultants.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with vendors and clients.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants’ skills, availability, and visa status.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback and closures.
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements regularly.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing laws and company policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresher to 1+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong understanding of US staffing industry and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of various visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling multiple consultants simultaneously.
- Existing vendor network is a plus.
- Strong email marketing and cold-calling skills.

- Competitive base salary ( 15,000 - 30,000)
