We’re Hiring: Investment Manager
- Location: Workbook, HiLITE Business Park, Palazhi, Kozhikode
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to drive business growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement
- Manage HR-related activities including coordination, onboarding support, and team tracking
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Handle lead management, follow-ups, and conversion to drive revenue
- Contribute to both advisory and sales functions across financial products
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of mutual funds, insurance, and related financial products
- Minimum 1 year experience in the investment/insurance industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Target-driven with a proactive, client-focused approach
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
