About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Online Bidder / Business Development Executive with a proven track record of securing projects through online platforms. The ideal candidate must be capable of not only submitting proposals but also converting leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Craft customized, persuasive, and client-focused proposals.
- Manage client interactions, requirement gathering, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and closures.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in online bidding and business development.
- Demonstrated success in winning and closing projects consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, client handling, and relationship management abilities.
- Deep understanding of project estimation, pricing strategies, and proposal writing.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and focused on achieving measurable results.
Performance Expectations
- Consistent monthly project generation and successful project closures.
- Performance will be evaluated based on revenue generation and conversion rate, not the number of bids submitted.
- Ability to meet predefined business development targets.
