Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional networks. Generate leads, present staffing solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships. Client Management: Develop relationships with key stakeholders (HR heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement, etc.). Understand and analyse client hiring needs and provide suitable staffing solutions. Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals. Coordination with Delivery Team: Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and quality submissions. Maintain client satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups. Market Research: Stay updated with IT hiring trends, market competition, and industry dynamics. Identify opportunities for service expansion or new markets. Key Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in IT staffing business development. Strong network and understanding of the Indian and US IT hiring landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with contract, permanent, and project-based staffing models. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience working with mid to large-size organizations and startups. Existing client base or active contacts is a strong advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
