About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to manage the complete electrical maintenance function of our Paper Coating Manufacturing Plant.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, LT panels, motors, drives, PLC/VFD systems, coating machines, slitter machines, boiler utilities and overall factory electrical infrastructure.
This is a leadership role where the candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted production by maintaining all plant electrical systems safely and efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesPreventive Maintenance
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all plant electrical equipment.
- Ensure zero production loss due to electrical failures.
- Maintain maintenance records and equipment history.
Breakdown Maintenance
- Attend electrical breakdowns immediately.
- Diagnose root cause of machine failures.
- Restore production with minimum downtime.
- Coordinate with production team during emergency maintenance.
Machine Maintenance

Power Management
- Monitor factory power consumption.
- Maintain stable power supply across all production lines.
- Coordinate with electricity board whenever required.
- Monitor voltage fluctuations and electrical load balancing.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure complete electrical safety compliance.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections.
- Implement Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Maintain statutory electrical records.
- Ensure safe work practices across the factory.
Spare Parts & Inventory
- Maintain critical electrical spare inventory.
- Coordinate with Purchase Department.
- Ensure availability of breakdown spare parts.
Team Management
- Supervise electricians and maintenance technicians.
- Allocate daily maintenance activities.
- Train maintenance staff on SOPs and safety standards.
- Maintain discipline and productivity within the maintenance team.
