Job Responsibilities : Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager
NVOCC / COC Business for Principals
- Container Operations –Ensuring all landside requirements are managed –viz. issuing of necessary forms, Gate-in etc.
- Liaising Inland Container Depots (ICDs) for monitoring & report of movement of containers.
- Monitoring TDR to in house teams (Sales/Finance/EQC)/Principals/Partners.
- NVOCC: Analysis on operations/TT/costs/Billing.
- Information to Principals/In house on updates w.r.t. Authorities related to work at site.
- Monitoring, coordinating and reporting on container movements from discharging to loading.
- Ensure timely submission of reports as per the deadline.
- System Updating - Updating in-house online system within given time frame to ensure smooth timely documentation and operation.
- Interaction with all the departments, agency offices on operations related matters.
- Responsible to maintain stats reports in proper order updated for timely reference.
- Claims / Customs related handling ref to NVOCC
- Other issues approval for Shifting of containers, Costing, TP Container’s etc.
- Attending Team Meetings with Principals/Management for as and when issues arise.
- Creating Operation’s Related inhouse SOPs and Process with the help of my Superior and Managements approval.
- Lasing with all India offices /agents for implementation of Odex.
- Coordinate with staff for their operations related works ref to NVOCC IMPORT / EXPORT.
- Updating daily terminals report to inhouse geo - locations
- Sort out operations related all problems as & when. may arise.
