Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager for our growing IT Services company.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling Custom Software Development Services, Mobile Applications, Web Development, SaaS Solutions, or IT Consulting Services.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong client handling abilities, proposal creation knowledge, and a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for IT Services
- Handle end-to-end client acquisition and business development
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
- Create proposals, presentations, and commercial documents
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development
- Experience in Custom Application Development sales is mandatory
- Startup experience preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of software development services
- Experience handling international/domestic clients
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Existing client network will be an added advantage
