Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Management: Handling end-to-end travel arrangements including flight, rail, and hotel bookings, and coordinating local transport/cabs.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaising with corporate travel agents, hotels, and transport vendors to ensure timely bookings and resolve billing issues.
- General Administration: Managing front office desks, handling incoming/outgoing couriers, maintaining office supplies, and supporting daily administrative tasks.
- Expense & Documentation: Maintaining proper records of travel bookings, verifying invoices against approvals, and submitting them for final accounting.
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with travel booking portals (IRCTC, airline portals, corporate booking tools).
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal) for vendor and internal coordination.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
