Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and generate from international markets
2. Execute outbound outreach via calls, email, WhatsApp / messengers, LinkedIn etc.
3. Conduct meaningful conversations with potential customers
4. Qualify leads based on:
a. Business type (distributor / bulk user)
b. Consumption potential
c. Decision-maker access
5. Book Meetings for ASM team
6. Ensure structured follow-ups per lead
7. Maintain accurate and updated CRM data
8. Support ASM with lead context and pre-meeting information
9. Coordinate with marketing for inbound lead handling
10. Continuously explore new markets, segments, and customer opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Willingness to travel as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
