Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in US Healthcare
- Experience in patient appointment scheduling
- Experience in OB/GYN specialty
- Experience in prescription / refill handling
- Experience in provider coordination and patient support
- Experience in voice process (inbound/outbound)
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- Coordinate with OB/GYN providers
- Handle prescription requests and patient follow-ups
- Manage patient calls and update records in EMR/EHR
- Ensure accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
Note: Only candidates with relevant US Healthcare appointment scheduling experience will be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
