- Assemble electromagnetic brakes and related components as per assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Carry out fitting, alignment, mounting, and adjustment of mechanical parts and sub-assemblies.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform drilling, tapping, grinding, and other fitting activities as required.
- Ensure proper use of hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and assembly fixtures.
- Check dimensions and fitment of components before and during assembly.
- Identify and report defects, non-conformities, or assembly issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain product quality standards and adhere to established assembly procedures.
- Support testing and inspection activities during and after assembly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area following 5S practices.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Assist in achieving daily production targets and on-time completion of orders.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, and Production teams for smooth workflow.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.
Pay: ₹9,014.28 - ₹22,000.00 per month
