Our core client base consists of luxury real estate developers, industrial packaging suppliers, and top-tier consultants. As we push our agency bandwidth to support 130+ active client accounts, we require a conversion-focused Freelance Meta Ads Specialist to dominate Facebook and Instagram traffic for our high-value accounts.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Meta Ads expert who knows how to disrupt the feed and capture high-quality leads for complex, high-ticket services. You will architect, launch, and aggressively test Meta ad campaigns to generate qualified discovery calls, site visits, and direct inquiries for our suppliers and real estate clients. You understand how to utilize client budgets effectively to maximize their managed volume and scale their sales pipelines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Deployment: Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns focusing on Lead Generation (Instant Forms) and Conversion objectives routing to optimized landing pages.
- Audience Targeting: Build sophisticated audience testing structures, including precise interest targeting for real estate investors, B2B procurement managers, Lookalike audiences, and dense retargeting funnels.
- Creative Testing: Work alongside our graphic designers and video editors to deploy continuous A/B tests for ad creatives, hooks, and formats (Reels, Carousels, statics) to combat ad fatigue.
- Budget Scaling: Systematically scale daily budgets on winning ad sets without breaking the algorithm or causing catastrophic spikes in Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Pixel & CAPI Management: Ensure the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) are firing perfectly to capture all lead events and feed accurate data back to the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of media buying inside Meta Business Manager, specifically driving leads for real estate, B2B services, or high-ticket offers.
- Creative Strategy: A strong intuition for what stops the scroll. You don't just push buttons; you know how to brief a creative team on what visual hooks will convert.
- Technical Setup: Highly proficient in Business Manager hygiene, domain verification, aggregated event measurement, and resolving ad account restrictions.
- Data-Driven: Ability to read the metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Outbound CTR, CPL) and make emotionless, data-backed decisions to kill or scale ads.
Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹2,500.00 per hour
