About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and personable Customer Relationship Executive to be the first point of contact for all leads, clients, and vendors at our interior design studio. Beyond client and vendor coordination, you will also support our social media presence by creating and posting festive/event-based content on Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Vendor Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming leads, clients, and vendors
- Attend initial lead calls, understand requirements, and qualify inquiries
- Schedule follow-up calls/meetings between leads and the Design Head
- Handle walk-in leads and vendors at the studio/office — greet, assist, and route them appropriately
- Serve as the ongoing POC for clients for any queries, updates, or concerns throughout the project
- Coordinate with vendors for meetings, follow-ups, and information as required
- Maintain an accurate and updated tracker for leads (status, source, follow-ups, conversion stage)
- Maintain a separate tracker for vendors (contact details, meetings, ongoing discussions, status)
- Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline
- Coordinate internally with the design and sales teams to ensure timely responses to clients and vendors
- Escalate unresolved queries or issues to the appropriate team/person
- Provide regular reports/updates on lead and vendor status to management
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client relations, front desk/reception, sales coordination, or customer service (interior design/real estate/construction industry preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Pleasant, presentable, and confident in handling walk-in clients and vendors
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Office
- Ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple stakeholders (clients, vendors, design head, sales team, marketing)
- Strong follow-up discipline, creativity, and attention to detail
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
