We are looking for an experienced Voice & Accent Coach to support L1 and L2 teams, including telephony-based support.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct voice and accent training sessions for L1 and L2 support teams.
- Assess communication levels and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coach teams on pronunciation, fluency, grammar, tone, and neutral accent.
- Perform call audits and provide one-on-one feedback sessions.
- Improve customer interaction quality, confidence, and call handling skills.
- Develop training materials, modules, and practice exercises.
- Collaborate with QA and Team Leads to improve call quality metrics.
- Track progress and report communication improvement outcomes.
Preferred:
- Voice & Accent / Soft Skills Certification
- Experience with IT Support or Service Desk Teams
- Exposure to Global Clients and Voice-Based Support Environments
