Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, attendance management, and performance management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, and personnel files.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Conduct induction, training, and performance review processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and support management in workforce planning.
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations.
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Manager.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
