Core Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, organize regular physical audits, and prevent shortages of key F&B ingredients and supplies.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure storage conditions meet health regulations (e.g., FSSAI standards), including strict monitoring of refrigerator/freezer temperatures.
- Stock Rotation: Implement and audit First-In, First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) to minimize spoilage and waste.
- Receiving & Dispatch: Verify incoming deliveries for quality, quantity, and expiration dates; coordinate smooth dispatch to kitchens and bars.
- Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff, set shift schedules, and provide ongoing safety training.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
