KINS Hospital is a leading multi-specialty healthcare institution in Siliguri, committed to providing quality patient care with compassion and excellence. We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused IVR Executive to strengthen our patient communication team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming hospital calls through the IVR system professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding doctors' schedules, OPD timings, services, and hospital facilities.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Register patient enquiries and maintain call records.
- Respond to patient concerns politely and escalate complaints when required.
- Coordinate with OPD, Billing, Admissions, Diagnostics, and other departments.
- Follow up on missed calls and appointment requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Ensure excellent patient experience over the phone.
Eligibility
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) may apply with relevant experience.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with hospital, BPO, or customer service experience will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, English and Nepali (Preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
