Responsibilities-:Elite Drawing Literacy: Must have high-level proficiency in AutoCAD. Able to modify, overlay, and troubleshoot complex structural and fabrication blueprints.Industrial Experience: Minimum 8+ years strictly handling industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and heavy machine foundations (No residential-only profiles).Core Materials: Expert hands-on experience with structural steel fabrication/erection and high-strength cement/concrete works.Commercials: Highly proficient in preparing and auditing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and contractor bill verification.Key Responsibilities:Review, modify, and issue error-free GFC drawings using AutoCAD; resolve cross-functional design clashes.Supervise on-site construction of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and heavy concrete structures.Manage quality control, destructive testing, and material reconciliation for steel and cement.Formulate exact BOQs and manage vendor billing against drawing geometries.
