Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end merchandising from buyer brief to final shipment
Coordinate with design, sampling, production, QA, and dispatch teams
Vendor follow-ups for raw material sourcing, trims, and accessories
Track sampling timelines, approvals, and revisions
Costing, BOM preparation, and margin control
Ensure quality standards, compliance, and delivery timelines are met
Handle buyer communication (emails, tech packs, feedback, changes)
Maintain order sheets, production status reports, and MIS
Support new product development and seasonal collections
Person - should be willing to get involved in merchandising n product knowledge
