Job Summary
Prolife Cancer Centre is looking for a confident, persuasive, and patient-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate guidance, and ensuring timely follow-ups to help patients make informed healthcare decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate guidance regarding consultations and treatment options.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective patients and their families.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM/HMS.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer relationship management, counselling, telesales, healthcare, or a similar client-facing role.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in handling calls and patient interactions.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience and interview performance.
