We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, managing client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a business from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term retention.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage the company's social media presence and coordinate digital marketing activities.
- Create marketing content such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the founders and product team to improve customer experience and marketing strategies.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to take ownership in a startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, or email marketing.
